Well I had one hell of a week! I stuck to the weight watchers points all week, earned a ton of activity points (of which I only used 3) and went to the gym EVERY single morning and got a good solid 1/2 hour of cardio and some weight lifting each time. I even got up this morning with my kids at 6:30 and got them breakfast and turned on Spongebob for them to watch. I figured after I got all that done and was already up I may as well roll out the treadmill and use it while watching Spongebob with them. :) I am really hoping for a good number of weight lost for this past week. I will weigh in on Monday morning and hope that it's a big number, but honestly as long as it's going in the "weight lost" direction then I'm ok with that! I have also been doing that detox that I started last Saturday. Today is officially one week on it, and it's a three week detox program. I already feel better and I feel like it's working. It's easy to stick to, it's just taking some pills with breakfast and dinner, and it's just stuff we make at work, so it didn't cost me anything which is always nice! :)
Anyway, I think that's all I have to say today, but I'll update again before Monday morning if I remember. Otherwise I'll write another update on Monday stating my amount of weight lost.
